WillPath Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-27

Summary: WillPath has no account, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Your entries stay on your device and in your own iCloud account. The developer cannot see them.

1. Who we are

WillPath (意径) is an iOS app made by an independent developer, jyrnan. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data that the developer collects

None. WillPath does not send your data to servers that the developer operates. It contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

3. Data that stays on your device and in your iCloud

Entries: text, photos, places, tags, and times that you record.
Sync: if iCloud is on, WillPath syncs your entries through Apple CloudKit to your private iCloud database. Only you can read it. Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud.

4. Permissions and how we use them

Location: to add the current place and weather to an entry. If you turn on automatic check-in, WillPath also uses your location in the background to record places where you stay. You can turn this off in the app or in iOS Settings.
Photos: to add photos that you select to an entry, and to suggest photos taken at the same time and place. Photo analysis occurs on your device.
Health: WillPath only reads workouts, sleep, and steps to show them on your days. It does not write data to Health. Health data is not used for advertising or marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties.

5. Apple services

To find places and weather, WillPath sends locations to Apple MapKit and Apple WeatherKit. Apple processes this data under its own privacy policy. The developer does not receive it.

6. Purchases

Apple processes all payments for WillPath Plus. The app only receives the status of your purchase or subscription. The developer does not receive your payment details.

7. Delete your data

Delete entries in the app.
Delete the app to remove all local data.
To remove synced data, go to iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > WillPath.

8. Children

WillPath is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date.

4. 权限及用途

位置：为记录添加当前地点和天气。如果你开启自动签到，意径还会在后台使用位置，记录你停留过的地点。你可以在 App 内或 iOS 设置中关闭。
照片：把你选择的照片添加到记录中，并推荐同一时间和地点拍摄的照片。照片分析在设备上完成。
健康：意径只读取运动、睡眠和步数，并显示在对应日期中，不会向“健康”写入数据。健康数据不会用于广告或营销，不会出售，也不会与第三方共享。

5. Apple 服务

为了查询地点和天气，意径会把位置发送给 Apple MapKit 和 Apple WeatherKit。这些数据由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理，开发者不会收到。

6. 购买

意径高级版的所有付款均由 Apple 处理。App 只会获取购买或订阅状态，开发者不会获得你的支付信息。

7. 删除数据

在 App 内删除记录。
删除 App 即可移除所有本地数据。
如需删除已同步的数据，前往 iOS 设置 > [你的名字] > iCloud > 管理账户储存空间 > 意径。

8. 儿童

意径不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集其数据。

9. 政策变更

如本政策有变更，我们会更新本页面及生效日期。
